• 1. Introduction
  These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your registration and table booking for TheSunriseToday.com Journalist Awards 2025 (the “Event”). By registering or booking, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

• 2. Event Details
• Event Name: TheSunriseToday.com Journalist Awards 2025. This is an invite-only event, but entry is also allowed for those who have purchased tickets.
• Event Date: Thursday, 20th February 2025
• Event Venue: Mayfair Venue, 1078-1082, High Rd, Romford, RM6 4BD
• Organizer: TheSunriseToday.com (“Organizer”)

• 3. Registration & Booking
• 3.1. Eligibility: Registration and table booking are open to individuals and organizations as specified by the Organizer. Attendees under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian.
• 3.2. Booking Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the full payment. The Organizer will issue a confirmation email upon successful registration or booking.
• 3.3. Payment: Payment must be made via the methods specified on the official Event website. All payments must be made in full at the time of booking.
• 3.4. Accuracy of Information: All details provided during registration or booking must be accurate and complete. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel any booking with false or incomplete information.

• 4. Fees & Cancellations
• 4.1. Fees: Registration and table booking fees are non-refundable, except as stated below.
• 4.2. Cancellations by Registrants: Cancellations must be communicated in writing to the Organizer. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the following schedule:
• 50% refund if canceled more than 10 days before the Event date.
• No refund if canceled within 10 days of the Event date.
• 4.3. Cancellations by Organizer: In case of Event cancellation, the Organizer will provide a full refund of the booking amount. The Organizer is not liable for any other costs incurred by attendees.
• 4.4. Transfer of Booking: Transfers of registrations or table bookings are permitted only with prior written approval from the Organizer.

• 5. Attendance
• 5.1. Check-In: Attendees must present valid identification and confirmation details at the Event check-in.
• 3.2. Booking Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the full payment. The Organizer will issue a confirmation email upon successful registration or booking.
• 5.2. Conduct: Attendees are expected to behave respectfully and professionally. The Organizer reserves the right to remove any attendee for disruptive behavior without refund.
• 5.3. Liability: The Organizer is not responsible for personal belongings, injury, or damages occurring at the Event.

• 6. Photography & Media
  By attending the Event, you consent to being photographed or recorded. The Organizer retains the right to use such media for promotional purposes.

• 7. Privacy
  The Organizer will process personal data in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

• 8. Force Majeure
  The Organizer is not liable for failure to perform any obligation under these Terms due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.

• 9. Amendments
  The Organizer reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via the official Event website.

• 10. Strictly Prohibited Activities
  Promotion of your business, organization, or any type of marketing materials is strictly not allowed at the Event.
